Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Yield: Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and milk.
  2. Beat with mixer until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Fill cupcake.
