Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 3 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

Yield: Makes about 4 cups icing.

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, orange juice and zest with electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add confectioners' sugar.
  3. Continue beating until icing is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
