Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- 3 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Yield: Makes about 4 cups icing.
Directions
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, orange juice and zest with electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add confectioners' sugar.
- Continue beating until icing is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
